Terms
These terms apply if you use Honestfront.
The service
Honestfront helps local businesses with Google reputation. That includes watching the public listing, helping you set up review requests in software you already use, letting you know when something on the listing deserves attention, and preparing a reply you can post.
The work depends on Google remaining available, and on your own software (for example Housecall Pro) doing what it is supposed to do. We do not control Google. We do not operate your field-service software. Listing data can be delayed, incomplete, or change without notice.
We do not guarantee more reviews, a higher rating, or any particular business result.
Acceptable use
You agree not to ask us, and we will not help you, to:
- post fake reviews
- gate reviews, including sending only happy customers to Google
- offer money, discounts, or other incentives in exchange for a review or a star rating
- ask a customer for a specific star rating
You are responsible for how your team uses Google and your own software.
Availability
We do the work with care. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Email and listing checks can miss a day. If something is down, we resume when we can.
Stopping
You can stop at any time by emailing hello@honestfront.com. We can stop the service for a customer, or the service as a whole, if we need to. That includes misuse, or a situation where we cannot do the work well.
Liability
Honestfront is a small service. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost work, or other indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid. Some places do not allow these limits. If that is true where you live, they apply only as far as the law allows.
